* QUIET HOURS: 11PM - 7:00AM * SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED in the cottages (including porches) & Rec. Hall. Please use caution disposing of cigarette butts.

* RECREATIONAL BUILDING: The Recreational Building is for your enjoyment!! Before leaving the Rec Hall, please make sure the TV is turned off and all games and books are picked up and placed back on the shelves where you found them.

* FIRE PIT: Lawn furniture and community fire pit are for your convenience. Please leave them in the condition in which they were found and for others to enjoy— Also, please let the fire in pit burn out on it’s own. DO NOT extinguish with water or beach sand!

* CHARCOAL GRILLS: Personal grills may be used at individual cottage sites, but are NOT allowed on porches. Please use care in disposing of charcoal for grills and make sure that all coals are completely out. (Do not dump contents on the ground).

* BEACH SAFETY: Enjoy our beach safely – SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK - NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Parents are responsible for the behavior and safety of their children. Children under 14 years MUST be accompanied and supervised by a parent while swimming. NO SWIMMING AFTER DARK! Please Do NOT use life jackets found in boat house for swimming. They are to be used in the BOATS ONLY. GLASS CONTAINERS ARE PROHIBITED ON THE SANDY BEACH AREA.

* BOATS: Canoes and row boats are for your use free of charge. Mandatory life jackets (provided in the beach shed) must be worn by ALL individuals while boat is in motion. MOTOR BOATS are NOT permitted on Keyser Pond, however, electric motors are allowed.

* TRASH DISPOSAL: Please place all trash in containers at your cottage site. Plastic bags are provided in the cottages. Trash pick-up is after noontime on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sunday’s.

* PETS: ALL pet owners must sign and comply with our “Pet Contract”. Pets must be kept leashed at ALL times, and are not allowed to be left unattended in cottages at ANY time. Owners are responsible to clean up grounds after pets.. (Use our ‘pet station’ near the playground area and dispose of waste appropriately.) NO wet dogs in cottages, please. Also, no pets allowed on sandy beach area, especially when other guests are present.

* FISHING: New Hampshire Fish and Game Officials are very observant. If you are over 16 years of age, you must have a NH Fishing License. Non-Residents 14-16 years need a special license.

* WIFI: Is available in the rec hall and in most areas of the property.

* CONDUCT: TALL PINES COTTAGES TAKES PRIDE IN IT'S ESTABLISHMENT AND MAINTAINING A CLEAN ENVIRONMENT. WE ASK THAT OUR GUESTS LEAVE COTTAGES IN THE CONDITION IN WHICH THEY WERE PRESENTED. MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ENTER COTTAGES FOR INSPECTION IF THERE IS A QUESTION OR EVIDENCE OF DAMAGE OR MISUSE OF PROPERTY.
